Yakima Valley Museum

The Yakima Valley Museum is offering scholarships to help local schools visit the museum on field trips. Schools can apply for assistance with transportation and admission costs due to funs offered by the Ruth Luhman Fund. The scholarships aim to make educational exhibits and programs accessible to all students, regardless of financial barriers.

Schools can receive up to $140 for travel and up to $250 for admissions. Scholarships are awarded on a first-come, first-served basis until funds run out.

Rotary Club of Yakima

The focus of these grants are programs that favor children and quality of life projects, promote startup ideas, help initiate pilot projects, literacy, and projects where local Rotarians are involved. Organizations applying for a grant must be a 501(c)3 non-profit however schools that do not have a 501(c)3 are also eligible to apply.
